Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque la Corporación es incompetente para conocerla.
Esto en razón a que el cuestionamiento se dirigió contra un acto administrativo y de acuerdo al artículo 241 Superior, el análisis de constitucionalidad de este tipo de normas no corresponde a la Corte Constitucional.
La Sala Plena estuvo de acuerdo con la argumentación de la magistrada sustanciadora y decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.
